At Joseph Joseph EU, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your products in their original packaging, ensuring all components and instruction manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Print your generated pre-paid return label, attach it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
